Every lead in PX system receives the quality score from 0 to 10 points, taking into account lead origin, length of user session, Fraud score, Escore and other data - up to 70 parameters in total.
Lead quality score enables buyers to receive exactly the leads they're looking for and gives the insight into the performance of the publisher's sources.
How to View Lead Quality Score
To see the quality score of the particular lead, go to Leads andlick on the desired value in the Lead quality column:
Lead Quality Score pop-up window appears with detailed information about the Lead:
Score (Good - 7/10 points in our case) shows the number of points that the Lead received after all verification and validation procedures. The following scores are possible:
- Excellent (8-10 points);
- Good (4-7 points);
- Poor (1-3 points);
- None (0 points).
User Data Verification
User Data Verification shows the result of verification by verification services of PX platform. Click on the arrow to see the list of services that checked contact data of this Lead:
The score based on verification services is also separately displayed in the platform as Escore.
Source Quality
Source Quality shows the information about score quality that can be also checked in Source Quality Report. Click on the arrow to view details:
User Behavior
User Behavior shows the information about user session, the results of comparison between IP address and physical address and between phone and ZIP code specified in the Lead. Click on the arrow to view details:
Patent Details
At the bottom of the pop-up, you can view details on how Lead Quality Score is calculated and view patent details:
