Filter management allows filtering incoming calls by multiple phone numbers for each buyer campaign.
This option can be useful to prevent buyers from receiving the same calls from multiple different partners, and block callers that are known as low-performing and unlikely to enroll in a product.
How to upload a file with phone numbers
You can upload a TXT file with phone numbers including +1, separated by commas:
Select Phone number attribute and Fully matching one of match type.
Then drag'n'drop the file of click to select:
As soon as the file is uploaded, a message appears in the top right corner of the screen:
If your file contains more than 50,000 symbols, the following message is displayed instead of the field:
To make additional edits to your file, download it, and upload it back to the platform when you're done.
