Blacklist allows to automatically reject leads based on specific parameters in order to prevent potentially fake leads from further processing in the platform and, therefore, selling them to buyers.
When the lead with one of the blacklisted parameters comes to the platform, it's automatically rejected, and "Lead is not accepted" response is sent to the publisher.
Blacklist allows blocking leads by the following parameters:
- IP address
- phone number
How to Access
To access Blacklist, go to Admin -> Blacklist. A table with the following columns is displayed:
1. Date added - the date and time when the rule for blacklisting was created.
2. Blocked by - the type of parameter blocked (IP, email or phone).
3. Value - the specific IP address, email or phone number that has been blacklisted.
To edit the rule, click the corresponding Action button -> Edit:
On a new page, change the value and click Save.
To delete the rule, click Action -> Delete and Yes in the confirmation pop-up window.
How to Blacklist a New Parameter
To blacklist a new parameter, click Add rule at the top of the page. On a new page, select the type of the value (IP, Email or Phone) in Block by field:
Enter the specific IP, email address or phone number in Value field and click Save.
You can add multiple values in one rule separating them by a comma:
Separate rules for each value will be automatically created:

To see which leads were rejected based on blacklisted values, go to Transactions Outbound Report and find LeadDataBlacklisted result in Buyer result filter:
