Dashboard provides an insight into the general performance of your lead buying activities. You can view various statistic parameters about each of your campaigns for the last 30 days, including the number of leads bought, the average cost per lead, lead quality, your returns on investment, leads that can be potentially reached by your campaign and your sales funnel.
Dashboard is intuitive and simple to use. It contains links to key configurations of the system that can help you increase your performance.
Account Statistics block at the top of the page allows you selecting a specific buyer and shows the number of live campaigns and number of leads (calls or clicks) bought by this buyer during the last week.
Live campaigns mean campaigns that are On in Source Management.
Leads volume card shows the number of leads bought by this campaign during the last 30 days:
Point the cursor on any chart point to see the number of Leads for the particular day. Click Check your leads to go to Leads Overview of this Campaign.
Average lead cost
Average lead cost card shows the average cost per lead during the last 30 days (calculated as Total Payout/Number of Leads bought):
Click Review CPL to view the corresponding Buyer Campaign Report.
Average lead quality
Average lead quality card shows the average quality of your leads for the last 30 days:
Click View quality report to go to Source Quality Report.
ROI calculator card shows the information about the uploaded conversion data:
Click Send File to send your disposition file.
When files with converted lead data are regularly uploaded, ROI calculator looks like this:
Click Calculate ROI, and a pop-up window appears with detailed information about your ROI:
Potential reach card shows the number of potential leads in campaign's vertical and the percentage of all available leads that correspond to campaign filters.
Click Increase reach to go to Filter Management.
Sales funnel card visualizes your disposition data from Source Management for the last 30 days. This card shows an inverted pyramid with 6 segments according to vertical-specific disposition statuses, with conversion rate for each status:
Hover over the section to see the tooltip with a number of actual leads reported in that status:
Click Manage your sources to go to Source Management page.
