Campaign performance report is a high-level productivity overview that allows getting information about all your campaigns in all verticals.
Campaign performance report columns
To view this report, go to Reports -> Campaign performance report.
Click any column heading to sort the report down, click one more time to sort it up.
Select columns to display depending on the information you need. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select necessary data points.
Columns of Campaign performance report vary according to the category the report is grouped by (Lead by default).
Lead
The report for leads gives the information about all leads offered to the buyer, including bought, returned and rejected.
The following columns are displayed in the report:
- Buyer campaign - click on the campaign name to see the corresponding Buyer campaign report.
- Buyer campaign ID - the unique ID of your сampaign in PX platform.
- Vertical is a lead generation niche where you buy leads.
- Pings - the number of pings sent to your campaign.
- Bids won - the number of successful pings with a bid that led to the post request.
- Spend - your spending for the selected period.
- CPL - average cost per lead.
- Win percentage is the ratio of the number of Accepted pings (can be found in corresponding Buyer Campaign report) to Bids won.
- Acceptance rate is the ratio of the leads bought by the buyer to the Bids won.
- Total goals - the number of your goals reached during the selected period
- ROI, % - your return on investment for the selected period.
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition) - the average spending for reaching your goals (the ratio of Spend to Total goals).
If ROI and CPA are N/A, this means the goal wasn't reached or disposition file hasn't been uploaded yet.
Call
When Internet users click Call me back button on some websites, they receive calls and answer questions. While the user is on the phone, the owner is being paid.
The report for calls shows the following information:
- Buyer campaign - click on the campaign name to see the corresponding campaign report.
- Buyer campaign ID - the unique ID of your campaign in PX platform.
- Calls - all calls made in your campaign.
- Paid calls - a call becomes paid according to certain configurations (i.e. if the user stays on the line longer than 60 seconds).
- Transactions - unique calls, usually equal to Calls.
- Earned - how much the PX was paid for calls.
- Paid % - the percentage of Calls converted into Paid calls.
Click
The report for Clicks shows the information related to brokers.
- Buyer campaign - click on the campaign name to see the corresponding campaign report.
- Buyer campaign ID - the unique ID of the campaign in PX platform.
- Buyer name shows the name of the buyer, which owns the corresponding campaign.
- Clicks - the number of clicks on advertisements, empty on the live version.
- Payout - money paid by a buyer to PX for clicks.
- Views - the number of advertisement views, empty on the live version.
- Click-through rate - effectiveness of the advertising provider (the ratio of Clicks to Views).
Data
The report for Data shows the number of sold Data Orders and money paid for them to PX.
- Buyer campaign. Click on a campaign name to see the corresponding campaign report.
- Buyer campaign ID - the unique ID of the campaign in PX platform.
- Quantity - the number of sold data orders.
- Payout - money paid by a buyer to PX.
Other
The report for Other category shows the statistics of Partner offers. Partner offers allow publishers using PX offers in order to sell their leads to other lead exchange platforms. In this case, PX receives the profit from pixels sent each time when the lead is sold through PX offer.
- Buyer campaign - Click on a campaign name to see the corresponding campaign report.
- Buyer campaign ID - the unique ID of the campaign in PX platform.
- Quantity - the number of events or actions.
- Payout - money paid by a buyer to PX.
Grouping & filtering
The report can be filtered by date and grouped by category.
To filter the report by date, click on the date picker and select the preferred period or click the first and last dates of the period in the calendar.
You can also group the report and replace the first column using Group by list:
Each selected category changes the spreadsheet by showing other set of columns according to the grouping.
Graph
To visualize the report, select Column in Graph list:
Column сhart has a Buyer Сampaign filter and a filter where any column of the report can be selected for visual display:
Point the cursor on any column to see the tooltip.
Exporting
To export the report, click Export Your Report above the table. Export data pop-up window will appear:
Choose the preferred separator and click Proceed.
You will be notified as soon as the export file is ready. To download it, go to Reports -> Report Exports. A page will appear showing all recently requested reports.
Click Action -> Download as CSV.
