Filter management allows filtering the leads flow by all tracking data that is used in the system.
Every lead contains two mandatory parameters, such as ID and Source, and a variety of optional traching parameters.
How to filter leads by publisher ID
ID (Publisher ID, Affiliate ID) is a unique ID contained by every lead in the system. Use the following match types to filter Publisher ID:
- Is
- Is not
- Fully matching one of
- Fully not matching one of
To receive leads from a certain list of publishers, select Publisher ID attribute (use Search field to find it) -> In a list match type -> enter preferred publisher IDs separated by a comma, in our example - 1005,1006,1007:
How to filter leads by source
Source Source is one more mandatory parameter in a lead XML file and can be filtered using the same match types as a publisher ID. However, source format depends on a particular publisher and buyer, so be sure to specify the proper value in the filter.
To receive leads from only a certain source, select Source attribute -> Is match type -> enter a preferred source, in our case, 215_165_f31:
How to filter leads by lead ID
Lead ID Lead ID is a unique optional parameter, so leads can be filtered by the presence of the Lead ID in their XML files. Actually, only one filter type can be used for Lead ID:
Select The Lead ID attribute -> Is not match type, select Mandatory filter rule and leave Value field blank.
This filter makes a Lead ID parameter mandatory:

How to filter leads by Trusted Form
Trusted Form Trusted Form is a Lead ID alternative used for specific leads Verticals, generated by third-party service. Trusted form is a unique optional parameter, and only one filter type can be used here:
Select Trusted Forms attribute -> Is not match type, select Mandatory filter rule and leave Value field blank.
This filter makes a Trusted form parameter mandatory:
How to filter leads by offer ID
Offer ID is a fixed value that represents the ID of the offer created on PX. The following functions can be used to filter offer ID:
- Is
- Is not
- Fully matching one of
- Fully not matching one of
If you wish to avoid leads from certain offers, perform the following:
1. Select Offer ID attribute -> Fully not matching one of match type -> enter offer IDs separated by a comma, for example: 29,27,90,51
2. Select Mandatory filter rule to receive leads only with an Offer ID parameter.
How to filter leads by sub ID
Sub ID is a key used to separate publisher's specific traffic sources. Sub ID format depends on particular publisher, so be sure to specify the proper value in the filter.
The following functions can be used to filter Sub ID:
- Is
- Is not
- Fully matching one of
- Fully not matching one of
1. Select Sub ID attribute -> Is not match type -> enter unwanted sub IDs separated by a comma, in our example, 4b282fc1-9fc6-4a74-aa03-773bcbce1888
2. Select Mandatory filter rule to receive leads only with an sub ID parameter.
