Filter management allows filtering the leads flow using various time functions:
Years
Years attribute allows configuring filters by age, expiration date, duration, and other date parameters according to the campaign vertical.
Select it from the list (Time -> Years):

Available date types appear in the next list according to the vertical:
Let’s consider an example with Years attribute for Auto vertical. If you wish all drivers to be ticket-free for the past 3 years and continuously insured for more than 2 years, set the following filter:
- Select Time -> Years in the Attribute list and Violation Date in the next list.
- Select Greater in the Match type list -> enter 3 years in the Value field.
- Click + And to create an additional branch.
- Select Years -> Current Policy Insured Since in the next list -> Greater -> enter 2 years.
Click Confirm to save your filter that looks like this:
To create filters by age, see more examples.
Years and months
Similarly to Years, Years and months attribute enables filtering by date parameters. This option may be useful for filtering leads by shorter periods of time (3, 6 months, etc.) or when you need both year and month parameters.
Here is an example for Health vertical. To receive only leads with insurance policy expiration date between 15 and 18 months, the flow is the following:
- Select Years and month attribute -> Current Policy Expiration Date in the next list.
- Select Between match type -> enter 1 year and 03 months and 1 year and 06 months, correspondingly.
This filter will look like this:
One more example is for Auto vertical. To receive only leads with violation date earlier than 18 months ago but not later than 40 months, the flow is the following:
- Select Years and months -> Major Violation Date in the next list.
- Select Between -> enter 1 year and 06 months and 3 years and 06 months, correspondingly.
This filter will look like this:
Days of the week and time
There are also options to filter leads by days of the week and even certain hours. This may be useful for offices working in a fixed schedule for receiving leads only in working hours.
For example, if you wish to receive leads only from Monday till Friday from 9am to 6pm, configure the following filter:
- Select Day Of Week attribute and Fully not matching one of match type.
- Select Saturday and Sunday checkboxes.
- Select Mandatory filter rule if you wish to receive leads only with a Day Of Week parameter.
- Click + And to create an additional branch.
- Select Time Now -> Between in the next list, and enter the time in a 24:00 format (9:00 and 18:00).
This filter will look like this:
When using Time now attribute for the night time, avoid including midnight (00:00) into the time range.
For example, to receive leads that come from 21:30 till 03:00, use one of the approaches below:
- Use Not between match type and reverted time range:
- Set two filters - before 23:59 and after 00:01 with Or statement:
Aged leads: Time now filter is enabled for near-realtime aged campaigns (Less than 1 day bucket) and disabled for API and File age lead campaigns.
